The Spa & Relax Center on the eighth floor includes an indoor swimming pool under a glass roof, a children's pool, a fitness center, hot tub, steam bath, Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, and relaxation area. Massage options include Antistress, Detox, Sports, and Aroma therapy. Access is free for hotel guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were really nice and modern, with a very large and modern bathroom with a shower and a large bed. They were very spacious and huge, and the bathroom was huge and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. The service was top-notch, with polite and welcoming staff who even provided me with a packed lunch and arranged for the repair of my car's rear window. The location was great, within a shopping mall with a big supermarket at the basement, making it convenient to access local attractions. The dining experience was limited but sufficient, and the facilities were fantastic. However, the food could be improved. Overall, a great value for money experience!
The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms, with a good location just a short walk from the old city and bridge. The friendly service ensures a pleasant stay, though dining options could be more varied. Guests can enjoy the quiet surroundings above a shopping mall, making it convenient for exploring Mostar.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with spacious and spotless rooms, including a large bathroom with both shower and bathtub. I appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the lovely welcome fruit platter. However, the dining options left much to be desired, not meeting the standards of a 5-star establishment.
